The purpose built kennels have been specially planned to ensure that dogs settle quickly and feel at home during their stay with us. The accommodation has been designed to very high standards of hygiene, and is fully insulated and acoustically pleasing to make your dog feel relaxed and peaceful. Dogs come in all shapes and sizes. Our kennels, with their individual play pens, are spacious enough for all dogs to feel comfortable. The pens can accommodate two or more large dogs from the same family if required.

The outside runs are all under cover and open fronted. This allows the dogs to have plenty of fresh air and to stay dry. The outer run leads through to their sleeping area, which has thermostatically controlled under floor heating, designed to give the dogs room to sleep on either a heated or cooler area. The indoor sleeping area has a radio to provide quiet music for those pets who are used to this at home. This back ground music helps the dogs to settle quickly. The layout of the pens prevents dogs being able to look directly into the opposite pen; this is important to safeguard against a shy pet feeling unsettled by another more boisterous neighbour.

We believe that it is very important that the dogs are frequently handled while they are with us. They need to be stimulated to be able to enjoy themselves, and are walked at least twice a day, usually through the farm woods. We soon get to know them individually.

Dogs must have a current certificate for their annual vaccinations
and kennel cough, which must be shown on arrival.

Please check at time of booking for current requirements.

We thought long and hard as to what would be a suitable motto. We
decided on 'Where care comes first, naturally.' Having looked after our
own pets, dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, budgies and horses, (when the children were small), we know the importance of individual care. It makes all the difference to a precious pet, ensuring it feels secure and loved. We offer that individual care just naturally.
