Lower Norton is situated in the rolling countryside of South East Cornwall, only 20 minutes from Plymouth, 10 minutes from Launceston, and 15 minutes from Tavistock and Liskeard, just off the A388. The kennels and cattery are set within 100 acres of our family run farm.
The Kennels and Cattery have been specially planned to provide the best quality home for your pets during their stay with us. We ensure that your pet will be as happy as you are while you are away. Every pet has its own particular likes, dislikes and needs; we will see that these are catered for, be it a particular food, a scratch behind the ear, or a biscuit last thing at night. Barbara, Richard and the family do all the work in the kennels and cattery, ensuring individual homely care.
The very spacious pens are all designed to allow the pets to feel relaxed and contented in a peaceful environment. All pens are individually heated, the dogs have under floor heating and the cats have their own heated pads under their beds. Some pets prefer their own bed and toys or to have their own special diet; this can easily be accommodated. Our priority is to give top quality individual care, just what we give our own pets.
Although we specialize in dogs and cats, we are quite happy to look after other pets, such as rabbits, guinea pigs and birds.
All facilities provided exceed the statutory
regulations and guidelines of the Chartered
Institute of Environmental Health, the
European Standards and the Animals
Boarding Establishments Act (1963).
The establishment is fully licensed by the
local authority.
